The ivtv driver works with the M179 only for video capture. The reason for that is that the M179 has a Sony audio module that we've been unable to get any information / datasheet on. If anyone has any helpful info on the Sony SBX1637 audio module, please get in touch with me Cheers, A > -----Original Message----- > From: video4linux-list-admin@xxxxxxxxxx > [mailto:video4linux-list-admin@xxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of John Klar > Sent: Monday, 19 May 2003 11:55 a.m. > To: video4linux-list@xxxxxxxxxx > Subject: Re: Driver support for hardware based MPEG2/4 capture cards? > > Quoting Daniel Jircik <pannomat@xxxxxxxxxx>: > > > Im using mpeg4ip with an avermdia tvphone (bt878) and it > works really > > well.
