-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I recently got a WinTv Card with tuner and remote control. I compiled lirc and setup the .lircrc file with a default file for xmms. I then followed the instructions for xawtv and added the following lines to it so it would use it's default config: begin xawtv begin prog = xawtv config = eventmap end end xawtv All the keys on the remote had the correct defaults for xawtv except that they kept repeating, I would hit fullscreen and see it blink and switch back to a window. I then deleted the lines I added and added the correct key- bindings to .lircrc using the default of no repeat and xawtv works just fine, though this seems needless. Is there any fix that can avoid this and/or allow me to use xawtv's eventmap feature? I am using xawtv-3.88 and lirc-0.6.6 - -- I sense much NT in you. NT leads to Bluescreen. Bluescreen leads to downtime. Downtime leads to suffering. NT is the path to the darkside. Powerful Unix is.
