yes using the ivtv project at ivtv.sf.net.  Right now the project only
supports grabbing an mpeg2 file.

The newer PVR 250's do not have a decoder while the 350's have both an
encoder/decoder.  Right now the project is focusing more on econding
data from the card (capturing) rather than playing data back through it.

I have not tested the remote control capabilities of the card though it
did come with a remote control.
