Without more details it is next to impossible to debug that ...

I've just uploaded a new snapshot.  That one might work better as I've
hacked in PCI quirks support, so it will enable the workarounds for
known motherboard chipset bugs.

It also has streaming capture support, so xawtv should give you 25 fps
frame rate.  Picture is still very noisy (for me with PAL), it also
has some other known issues.

You likely need a new entry for the pixelview in cx88-cards.c to make
the card fully functional (including tuner, ...).

Yea, I know.  It isn't that hard to fix the segfaults, but that still
doesn't give me a working driver ...
