Based on previous emails with Shaun (in 2002), he needs a different audio
clock for the NTSC card. I think it's best to define a new entry for FV2K
NTSC. There may be other GPIO initialization issues with the NTSC version
which is best handled in a new card definition as well.

There's now several varieties of FlyVideo 2000: 

Mine which doesn't come with an EEPROM, the NTSC version which Shaun has,
and also more recently, versions shipping with an EEPROM (with defined
subsystem ID).
