Well, the TV channel might help (or do you want to use v4lctl
to tune that beforehand?)... As well as the frequency table
and TV norm.

Inconsistant, IMHO.
'-V' to output version number and default settings and exit,
'-v' to determine different levels of verbosity.

FWIW, this sounds like a complicated version of streamer...
