Oh, I think the tuner part is fine.  Since it is a chip based tuner, I 
think it's pretty programmable.  I also never really had any problems 
running it in Windows either.  I'm just waiting for the programming part 
to work a little better.  I wish I had more time to play with the code 
and all that.  I just picked up the IO Magic PVR that was on sale at 
CompUSA.  It has one of the old type tuners in a shielded box.  The 
capture part is bt878 though so I don't expect any problems there.  I 
may get a chance to play with it tonight.  I'll let you know.
