MemTest is now in my toolbox permanently! I have some preliminary results, but I'll try an all night run to be sure. Memtest reported zero errors over 10 passes through the standard test suite. So it looks like the memory may be OK after all. MEMTEST-86 v3.0 Pentium II 348.4MHz L1 Cache 32K 3416MB/s L2 Cache 512K 460MB/s Memory 64M 243MB/s Chipset : i440[bz]x Walltime : 2:19:28; Cached : 64M; RsvdMem : 128K; MemMap : e820-Std Cache : off; ECC : off; Test : Std; Pass : 10; Errors : 0; ECC Errors : 0 Any other avenues to try?
