I use a Win TV Go card.  It has the chipset you are looking for.  It is around $100.00 or so.

You should try Kworld 878RF-pro...
www.kworld.com.tw - it has radio tuner too, got teletext, has remote, etc.
I have one for a week, and I have no problem with it.
