-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 I'm having two problems with this combo. I'm on Linux 2.4.20 with the latest v4l2 patches, saa7134 version 0.2.4 and xawtv 3.82(debian unstable package). In overlay mode the picture is black and white and not in the box, and not the right aspect ratio. In grab display mode it seems okay, if a bit dotty.I get these errors sometimes: ioctl: VIDIOC_DQBUF(index=0;type=VIDEO_CAPTURE;bytesused=0;flags=0x0 [];field=ANY;;timecode.type=0;timecode.flags=0;timecode.frames=0;timecode.seconds=0;timecode.minutes=0;timecode.hours=0;timecode.userbits="";sequence=0;memory=unknown): Input/output error That was taken when I tried to go from overlay mode to grabdisplay mode but I got no picture in grab display. Should I use grabdisplay mode? Is it better somehow? Noticed someone saying that overlay mode should be deprecated. My other problem is with channel selection. On windows the FlyVideo software lets me tune anything from channel 0, 1 through to 67. On channels up to 6 I get nothing in overlay mode, then suddenly noise from 6 on up. However it never actually picks up any stations, even though they are there on windows, and if I tune a station on windows then reboot, when XawTV first comes up it works perfectly on that station. The message i get when trying to tune the low channels is: ioctl: VIDIOC_DQBUF(index=0;type=VIDEO_CAPTURE;bytesused=0;flags=0x0 [];field=ANY;;timecode.type=0;timecode.flags=0;timecode.frames=0;timecode.seconds=0;timecode.minutes=0;timecode.hours=0;timecode.userbits="";sequence=0;memory=unknown): Input/output error Any Ideas?
