BTTV-0.8/9.x + lavrec-1.6.x doesn't work. Known issue, it has got to do
with threads and locking (both in- and out-kernel).

current CVS should compile fine. Please send compilation errors over so
we can fix it.

You don't have to. v4l still works as it always did and v4l2 doesn't
work anyway (lavrec doesn't do v4l2 yet).
