Impressive. Does it work with all PCTVPro ? (NTSC one)

What does work?

Does the driver work with all PCTVPro card, like the one we find in US/Canada ?
I heard about different chipset for the same card, like the new Hauppauge which doesn't use bt8x8 anymore.

does this card
provide audio too ? (with btaudio or other driver ?)

It does through the sound card, but it doesn't work at this time
directly using btaudio (but it is probably possible).

I found the datasheet of the tda9887 here:

The tv signal quality issue of the new pctv cards is caused by the the
tda9887 driver. The latest bttv 0.9.x snapshots and 2.5.x patches
should have a fix already. I'll try to push new bttv releases (both
0.7.x and 0.9.x) tomorrow.

I am just trying the bttv-0.7.102 and I believe the picture is much much
cleaner. Large solid color areas are now OK, without the noise. See for
yourself at http://joy.sophics.cz/PCTVPro/

Still the spurcheck might be interesting for me because there are some
horizontal waves going up slowly on the screen. I hope the fixed spur
code could help with this (?)
