Good to know you found the connector problem. As a recommendation, you may consider Sensoray 301 (a low cost PC/104+&PC/104-based CPU board, 133 MHz Low power AMD Elan SC520) or VersaLogic VSBC-8 (1 GHz PIII) or any other similar PC/104+-based CPU boards as your CPU board in the system. Some end-users had been successful to use 301 or VSBC-8 with 311. --Charlie -----Original Message----- From: John Mulcahy [mailto:johnm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, December 04, 2002 11:51 AM To: Charlie Liu Cc: video4linux-list@xxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: Sensoray 311 initialisation problems I am not too happy to say, yes it was a connector contact problem alright, or rather the lack of one! The PC/104 board I was given to use is just that a PC/104 which does not contain the required PC/104+ bus. Excellent diagnosis Charlie! So next step is to find me a nice (cheap) linux friendly PC/104+ board! I was using a Jumptec board which has its own distribution (White Dwarf Linux) which made it nice n easy to get going. Any recomendations on boards to johnm(at)icontrolsolutions.com Thanks!!!!!
