I have a tv card: 3dvision PV-951 (bttv doesnt work) (according to the
box), that i´ve been unable to configure.
The card has a SAA7130, according to lspci -v gives the following
result:

I have the kernel 2.4.20 + v4l2 patch from (bytesex.org/saa7134) and i
can´t get a clear image or sound.
The best thing i´ve got so far is a bit dizzy black and white image
without sound, or with sound but no image.
With card=4 (Empress) y get sound, and with card=3 (Flyvideo 3k) i get a
dizzy black and white image.
PD: I live in Chile (south america) and not speak english very well
...Chile use tv norm NTSC.
