My only guess is that it only supports v4l, not v4l2 as in the saa7134
driver - hence the invalid ioctl?
tvtime currently only uses v4l1 so if it works in tvtime then...
The ioctl wasn't invalid, the argument was, btw. :)

I'm alternating between it an xawtv at the moment, often I watch only in
a small window (i.e on the order of 320x200) with xawtv and it looks ok;
Is this because I'm only watching 1 field anyway?
