personally I just go to the link at the bottom of the page 
and Unsubscribe using the 'edit options' button.

Hi,

a suggestion: mailing list server could also recognize word
'Unsuscribe' as it does with 'Unsubscribe' (I hope anyone
sees the difference) so both words would unsubscribe the member
without passing the mail to the list.
