Best high frame rate cameras / cards?

I've been trying to figure out which camera + card combination will letme get the highest refresh rate. Something above a regular firewire DVcam on a Mac would be ideal.

I see, for example, that the Bt8x8 cards are popular, but what actualproducts being sold are based on these cards? I can't seem to find any.
