This is just for terratec radio + new pinnacle cards, i have more patches pending in my inbox ... tda988x has some setup code taken from the pinnacle win driver, that will be used if the module is loaded with miro_id=x (x = 1 ... 6). Trial and error for now, don't know yet how to autodetect the correct value. terratec radio update stuff is merged (and partly rewritten), the other minor card lists fixes from Gunther are merged too.
