Did they actually do this???! It's like having a 5 speed transmission and letting you select only 3 gears! If the other problematic FV3Ks have similar configs, that may explain why it works with the FV2K settings. If all the audio is indeed going through the 4052 analog mux, then the TV setting may also go through LINE2 with gpio mask 0x0000. Does anyone (Gerd? Gunther) know whether the radio decoding is done by the TV Tuner block? If so, then it may share the same audio config as the TV input. > I'm not sure about the TV, radio entries, but the Line In is working for me. > [...] > > Also, you might need to change the muting code in saa7134-tvaudio.c, in > function "saa7134_tvaudio_do_mute_input" you have the line > > if (!card_has_audio(dev) && card(dev).mute.name) { > > that only uses the mute entry if the card is not saa7134 > By right, the SAA7134 has electronic muting logic (hence the first card_has_audio(dev) test. This may be bypassed if audio is indeed going through the external mux. > Hope that helps > Guy Yur > ---- Wan Tat Chee (Lecturer) School of Computer Science, Univ.
