And when I back home my card was dumb too :(. I unmuted it changing modules params for saa7134 and tuner. The lines for tv config looks now: # i2c alias char-major-89 i2c-dev options i2c-core i2c_debug=1 #saa7134 alias char-major-81 videodev alias char-major-81-0 saa7134 options v4l1-compat debug=1 options saa7134 card=2 tuner=37 vbi_nr=0 video_nr=0 audio_debug=2 mixer_nr=1 # This way mixer0 is for sound card. options tuner type=37 debug=1 pal=b options video-buf debug=1 When I set theese options sound started when I reloaded all modules including i2c-core: rmmod saa7134 rmmod tuner rmmod video-buf rmmod videodev rmmod v4l1-compat rmmod v4l2-common rmmod i2c-core uff! then modprobe saa7134 "oss_rate=" what I used before muted sound again. If you use aumix mixer_nr=1 should left mixer0 fot sound card (alsa or oss). Try kmix. It reads all active /dev/mixers - this way you can change set for saa mixer and sound card mixer. If you have other tuner define it for both modules - saa7134 and tuner. I hope that is enough. Strange, but with set for FV2k (card=3) I had no stereo, bad I had always sound?! Wieslaw
