saa7134-0.1.10 and bttv-0.8.45?

I'm able to run saa7134-0.1.10 with bttv-0.8.44,
but I think the video-buf in bttv-0.8.45 is
incompatible with saa7134-0.1.10 - I get
a segfault if I try to run bttv with saa's
video-buf, and a "cannot grab device" if
I try to run saa with bttv's video-buf.

Bug? Merge in next version of saa7134?
