Uploaded two files to bytesex.org/bttv/: bttv-20020731.tar.gz pvr-20020731.tar.gz The first is a bttv 0.8.x snapshot with the altera initialization included. The second is the current pvr tarball from sf.net with adaptions to the new bttv versions and some cleanups: * Dropped the initialization code which is handled by current bttv from kfir.c * Changed include paths to use the kernel include files. * Dropped plenty of obsolete files and 2.2.x kernel compatibility stuff. * Moved global variables into the kfir struct. * Fixed card detection. * Fixed handling of multiple bttv cards. The module does the same as the one from sf.net -- upload the firmware, then bomb out with an error. Thus it isn't that intresting for end users, there is still no working mpeg encoding (and audio does work without kfir.o now ...). Gerd -- You can't please everybody.
