Re: No sound from a SAA7134 card

Thanks for your reply. The card is connected up
properly to the sound card.
I don't quite know how to check the line in pipe.
Anyway, my setup is as follows,
I'm using the KDE kmix which shows two mixers, one which is
called saa7134. All the settings are turned up.
Also, one strange thing I've noticed is that if the card is set
to receive untuned stations, (ie white noise ) I hear white noise
through the speakers. But, if the card is tuned to a station
there is only silence.
