The header file won't help, you need an equivalent of v4l in Win2K itself.

Read about DirectShow and friends. That's probably what you need.
There are probably books, but I haven't read|seen any, and the DirectX
download from MS is free, and it has lots of reference materials, and
samples too. It should be sufficient.
