/dev/video0 cannot be opened multiple times

  I am using v4l capture card on redhat7.1 which has
included the bttv driver.
but I find , in my program if  I open and close
/dev/video0  ,and open it again ,I will get open erro
---device busy .
If I open and close only once in it ,everthing is ok.

why this happen ?  How can I resolve it?
