ah, now My ignorance shows! i am not familiar with that product.
perhaps if its a good product, then they might be a good choice.

my pissing & moaning was regarding their business practices rather than 
how they might perhaps package and deliver a product.

they may be. i don't know about that. what i do know is that
about 18 months ago, they couldn't get a linux host to deliver
the required performance levels they needed so they got sco
to bust their butts and with sco's unixware and the linux
environment they supported, the unixware linux version of
oracle exceeded their performance requirements. 

did they ever publicly acknowledge that work? NO!
did sco die on the vine for a lack of public success? Yes!

certainly oracle wasn't responsible for sco's demise, but i 
hold them morally responsible for taking all that successful free labor 
and simply dismissing it. 

i do know that HP & RH are partners, i recently did a RH install on an
itanium
box up in the city. the RH sw was a dedicated HP install.

anyway, you can consider my earlier comments just a diverse response. :)
