post-remove bttv modprobe -r tuner; modprobe -r tvaudio

You can set mixer number manually, but if
you already have your sound card loaded,
this should put a mixer at /dev/mixer1
Use aumix or equivalent to get mixer values up.

I haven't been very lucky with digital audio, nor
direct audio off card, so I record in audio off
/dev/dsp0

Check your tuner in the Tuners list to make sure
you have the right one.

hello - i was wondering if anyone in this group has set up an avertv studio card on their linux box w/ working audio and stereo.. i was able to get it running without sound, but tv without sound isn't really tv. if anyone has gotten it to work and would be willing to share where they got their info from, or their config files, that would be awsome.

thanks
mike
