Confirm RH 73 with WinTV, WinTV-Theater, WinTV-D?

I am sick and tired of trying to get the ATI All-In-Wonder Pro 128 I have working with RH73.

I want to try something else.

Can anyone confirm if it is possible to get both TV (eg. xawtv), capture, and DVD viewing (eg. xine or ogle) working on a relatively "stock" RH 7.3. "stock" meaning without having to build my own kernel, XFree, etc. Have no trouble adding rpms and/or even building some packages as long as they don't force me down the slippery slope of building and maintaining my own kernel build, etc. I want to keep it "stock" because I want to use up2date etc.

In particular, do any of the following combinations work and what above and beyond RH 7.3 do they require?

Matrox G450 plus Hauppauge WinTV (model 401)

Matrox G450 plus Hauppauge WinTV (model 495)

Matrox G450 plus Hauppauge WinTV-D (model 697)

I'm also open to any other suggestions as to video/tuner which is well-supported by "stock" RH 7.3. As a point of reference I do not think the ATI AIW Pro is at all well-support by a "stock" RH 7.3.

Thanks
