Hi all! I am having some sort of problem getting the bttv driver and either xawtv or fbtv to work. System setup: Abit BE6-II Motherboard 384MB RAM 160G drivespace on 6 drives (LVMed but / is its own partition, /home is the LVM) PIII-450 ATI All in wonder Radeon 32MB DDR (listed by xfree86 as a Radeon QD) Hauppage WinTV Go! No Soundcard Yet 2 NICs, a 3com 905B and a Realtek 8139 Running Debian Sid. I used to use the Radeon as the xawtv device so that I could watch TV via the All-In-Wonder. However vcr did not work, and my hours are *extremely* weird. So I needed to find a solution so I could create a PVR. I settled today on the WinTV Go (mostly because it was cheap, and a bt878), thinking I would not have problems with bttv working (but no! :) ) Now what I am getting when attempting to run xawtv or fbtv is: (from /var/log/messages) May 31 21:52:22 warlock kernel: bttv0: i2c: checking for MSP34xx @ 0x80... not found May 31 21:52:22 warlock kernel: bttv0: i2c: checking for TDA9875 @ 0xb0... not found May 31 21:52:22 warlock kernel: bttv0: i2c: checking for TDA7432 @ 0x8a... not found May 31 21:52:23 warlock kernel: bttv0: registered device video0 May 31 21:52:23 warlock kernel: bttv0: registered device vbi0 May 31 21:56:22 warlock kernel: bttv0: PLL: 28636363 => 35468950 ... ok May 31 21:56:22 warlock kernel: bttv0: PLL: switching off May 31 21:56:23 warlock kernel: bttv0: irq: SCERR risc_count=0f2ec008 May 31 21:56:23 warlock last message repeated 4 times May 31 21:56:23 warlock kernel: bttv0: aiee: error loops And nothing is showing. Did I do something wrong here?? Thanks!
