Hello, I am in the process of choosing a video capture card for use on Linux and I can't seem to find all the information I need. So here is my question: What video capture card will work the best (that means a good picture quality and not too much trouble to configure)on a 2.4.17 kernel? The card need to be able to display video in a 800x600 resolution and it must support VBI (mainly North America close caption) and on screen display.
