Here is some more information: insmod fails with the unresolved symbol we talked about So I looked at the ksyms output, and here it is: [root@mcpenguin 2.4.19-pre4]# ksyms -a | grep "vmalloc_to_page" c01262ac vmalloc_to_page_R__ver_vmalloc_to_page It is in the kernel, but I am unfamiliar with what the output means.
