Is anyone here using the software StradX? I have deep troubles to
install bttv2. I have done all the things people told me in the list two
days ago, but it is not working. When I do the modprobe command the
system tells that there are unknown characters, even with the files
driver... and videodev... which are supposed to work together (same
date).

I am trouble with bttv module and I really don't how to solve it. I need
to install bttv2.o in order to work with a certain software related with
ultrasounds in medicine. My linux version is 7.2 and I have been looking
for bttv2.o module in the internet but I always find bttv.o in all the
tar files with file name bttv2-... Where can I find such module and what
is the way to change it by bttv.o in my kernel without compiling it? I
am really stacked.
I am very sorry because of my poor knowledge about the matter.
