bttv 0.8.38

Hello!

I wonder if somebody else has problems with bttv 0.8.38. Neither
NVrec-20020408 nor latest mp1e will be able to capture anything. Xawtv
and Zapping are ok. I'm running 2.4.19-pre6 with patches from
http://bytesex.org/bttv/ and bttv 0.8.38.
