powercolor MTV878F problems

I believe this is the same problem that Franco Catrin L was having on the
27th. When I run xawtv I get only a blue screen for every channel and when I
scantv it says no station for everything. I am running RH7.2 with 2.4.18
compiled from source. bttv version is 0.7.91. My log/messages output is here

The last three lines are repeated everytime I run scantv. This is my
modules.conf

Do I need to go to development versions or are there options that I can tweak
