OK, let's just start calling it "speechware"...

Now the only concern is how to deal with the new
era of "closed digital hardware/software"... 

One can accidentally become a "criminal" by just 
opening (reading) a weak "digital protected format" or 
"reverse disassembling/engineering" something
not supposed to be digitally manipulated that way...
(ah, just the "other" way...)

we all know that this is easy to happen...
After all, a file format is just a file format...
