You can build a better bcast2000c by using the libraries bundled with XMOVIE-1.9.6. They are better (more complete) and newer. ( i did it using libmpeg3 and quicktime libs ) After solving some minimum breaks, it compiled just nice with GCC-1.95.3 under GLIBC-2.1.3 and it is running just fine.
