This means that for 2.4.19, our zoran driver will break, because we're
hackerishly using the 'busy' field in the videodev struct to allow
multiple opens, and that's one of the things disappearing here.

Suppose I'm not going to change the zoran driver (the 'stable' branch,
i.e. the one without all the v4l2 stuff and without dc30/dc30plus
support) to use the new fops system for now, how can I get the thing to
handle multiple opens? Should I use the 'users' field now? (this is
hackerish, but I'll fix it when I move the driver over to fops, I don't
really feel like fixing something that's already obsolete anyway)
