Hi, I'm using the bttv2 driver from bttv-v4l2.sourceforge.net, the release of June 2001, and I have a problem when I try to acquire only a filed of an image, es. the top field. I'm acquiring 352x288 images using the
V4L2_PIX_FMT_YUV420 format. I also set the format flag V4L2_FMT_FLAG_TOPFIELD, but sometimes I acquire the even and sometime the odd field.
My acquisition also switches the input channel of the mux. If I use the bttv 0.8.xx drivers in bttv2 mode it seems to work better, but I must use the bttv2 driver from sourceforge.
Can someone explain me hoe to acquire better images...
Thanks,

Does this happen only when you switch channels, or when you are capturing continuously?
