I mean that's how I learned what 'YUY2' and 'YV12' meant, and also well documented by the two sources you mentioned. Fourcc codes are used by many linux apps for reading AVI files, and there's an RFC, and that site that everyone uses as a reference isn't even run by Microsoft. > That does not make sense.
