tuner=37 would be correct for TAPC-702P (did you find this written on the tuner metal box?)
However, this tuner is _not_ compatible to philips !

Post "dmesg|grep bttv". Newer bttv have tuner autodetect for Flyvideo.

Does the card work in windows without snow?
