Which time do v4l2 buffer timestamps contain?

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello all,

	As I have found out, v4l2 captured buffers are marked with the
v4l2_masterclock_gettime (&my_buf.timestamp) function which calls
do_gettimeofday().

	I would like to know the "time" the buffer is "timestamped" with. ¿RTC
time? ¿Sytem time? If it is 17:33 in my machine, do buffers captured at
that moment contain this time info. or something else? (maybe GMT?).

	I would appreciate if anyone could shed some light, please.

	Thanks in advance,

		Miguel
