It does. Once you've created a SDL_Surface *surface, you can access the
raw pixels using surface->pixels, which is just a memory pointer. You
can point it directly to the RGB/v4l buffer. Don't forget to
SDL_LockSurface()/SDL_UnlockSurface() while accessing the
surface->pixels.
