xawtv 3.66 build error

Hi Gang (Gerd!),

Searched archives, didn't see this dealt with before.

System software is RH7.2, kernel 2.4.10, stock XFree86 (4.0.3).
libjpeg-devel-6b-15 is installed.

Hardware is PII/300, WinTV (Bt848).

Xawtv 3.66 has make error (I did run ./configure).
