Format of Image Captured - Problems displaying it

 Hi there,

I have been able to capture frames using the drivers from Serguei
Miridonov for DC10. I am a little bit confused with the v4lapi
specification about it.

How can I actually see what I have captured? I am capturing using
VIDEO_PALETTE_YUV422 but I can also capture using VIDEO_PALETTE_RGB24.
Does the depth of my Xserver affects how I should capture and/or display
the result?

I would like to convert what I have captured to a simple format (pgm or
ppm plain format) so that I can apply some filters to it using Fourier and
then redisplay it. That's why a more simple format, like a matrix one,
would be more appropriate.

Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions?

 Thank's in advance,

 Marcio Cabral
