At least it was in the PVR that I saw. There are Linux drivers for the BMK board (see http://www.linuxtv.org/mpeg2/kfir.xml). The Problem with the PVR is that the kfir is connected via the bt878 and you have to figure out how. I think the sourceforge project has gotten quite far with that. Don't expect any information from Visiontech, the manufacturer of the kfir chip. Since they have been bought by Broadcom, we haven't gotten any useful information out of them, other than some threats about posting their firmware which they had allowed earlier. You can get the MPEG encoder card from BMK directly, there is a contact form on the website I mentioned above. It's a little more expensive than the PVR, though.
