AIW Rage 128 Pro 32Mb

I know this has been covered before but I've never seen a
definitive answer, so I'll post again. Before I cripple you with
inlined configuration files, I'll ask my questions:

Does xawtv (v4l, and whatever else I need to watch TV on
my display) support my card? What do I need to do to get it
   working?

Ok, now the details...

I am unable to run xawtv using an ATI AIW Rage 128 Pro 32Mb.
I get the following:

---------------------------------------------------------------------
% xawtv
This is xawtv-3.54, running on Linux/i686 (2.4.7-10)
can't open /dev/video0: No such device
v4l2: open /dev/video0: No such device
v4l: open /dev/video0: No such device
no video grabber device available
---------------------------------------------------------------------

I am running RH 7.2 (fresh install). My XF86Config-4 file looks like:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

#/etc/X11/XF86Config-4:
# File generated by anaconda.
