This tuner is hardcoded in the bttv source code currently.
Do you have PAL in Canada ?

Look at the shielded metal box (=tuner) on your card !
If it has a ATI sticker, remove this carefully to find
the tuner model under that.

The mapping "Channel <-> Frequency" differs from country to country,
anybody can confirm the canadian mapping is identical to U.S.?
