Hello All!

[ I'm newbie in this list - if I'm asking something from FAQ/RTFM
please point me to this FAQ/RTFM. ]

      I've 2.2.19 kernel (from Debian 2.2 r3).
I've downloaded BTTV driver 0.7.67 and it says that I need new
kernel i2c driver. I've downloaded i2c package 2.5.5: it compiles
flawlessly and (I believe) working fine.

But than, when I'm trying to compile BTTV - I get errors because
BTTV refers to i2c.h in Linux kernel, not in downloaded new package.

Is there any way I could avoid hand patching of kernel or BTTV?

P. S. trying to apply new i2c as kernel patch cause many problems in other
places - notably in compiling of modules.
