I think the project is stopped.

In addition to huseby, I helped another developer get Broadway samples. I
never heard of working drivers by either of them. 

The Broadway isn't very cost effective these days anyway. Most PC's are fast
enough to do mpeg-1 compression on their own without additional hardware. If
the price of the Broadway hasn't dropped from the $500+ it last retailed
for, then there's plenty of cards that can be had for less that will do
mpeg-2.
