Here are some facts for you. None of the domains you listed are in ANY of the MAPS databases; not RBL, not RSS, not DUL. Abovenet blocks systems by using the BGP version of the RBL list; if the system is not in RBL, Abovenet is NOT blocking it. For you to imply that your inability to get through is a deliberate act on Abovenet's part without any facts to back that assertion up is disingenuous at best. Note: I am having system problems right now and am limping along until repairs can be made; this will be my last comment until I get the system back fully on line, as I *hate* using mailx.
